RETURN POLICY/DAMAGED ITEMS
Due to the hygienic nature of the lipsticks, only unused products that are damaged or defective are subject for an exchange. If your lipstick has arrived damaged contact us immediately via the contact us page within 48 hours from the date received and we will instruct you on the exchange process. Keep the item in its original box (as it will need to be sent back to us), and take a photo of the damaged item(s) as we will be needing this from you for our insurance carrier. Exchanges for damaged or defective items will be for the exact same item/color only.
