Orders are processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Estimated delivery time once shipped is within 7 business days (usually sooner) depending on your location.
Please understand that we do not control the post office. If an issue arises once your item is in their care please contact them at 1-800-275-8777.




We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerkand, UK.

There are 2 different International shipping options:

DHL Express- all packages are fully trackable and usually arrive within 2-5 days after shipping (excluding any possible extra time spent in customs)

USPS- the estimated time of arrival given by the post office (but not guaranteed) is 10­-15 business days, excluding any time spent in customs. Please note that International tracking is not available with this method and we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Any inquiries regarding the location of your package will need to be made with USPS at 1-800-275-8777. 

Orders shipped outside the U.S. can be held up in customs beyond our control and may be subject to import/customs fees.  We have no control over these fees and we are not responsible for the requirements or charges added by your country, customs clearance, delays or compliance. Packages that are refused because the customer does not pay customs duties are not eligible for a refund.

Fairy Girl will not mark the package as a gift due to federal and international laws.

♥ We are not responsible if an incorrect mailing address is given to us. Repleacements will only be sent once the originally sent items are accounted for (ie: returned to us as undeliverable) and shipping fees are paid for second attempt. If re-shipping fees are not collected, monies will be refunded minus original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee ♥

U.S. Sales Tax

We collect state sales tax on orders shipped within California.



We currently accept Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Paypal.


Lost/Missing Items/Changes/Cancellations/Returns

We are unable to cancel or make changes to existing orders once they have been processed.
Due to the hygienic nature of the lipsticks, only products that have arrived damaged are subject for an exchange. If your lipstick has arrived damaged contact us immediately via the contact us page within 48 hours from the date received and we will instruct you on the exchange process. Keep the item in its original box (as it will need to be sent back to us), and take a photo of the damaged item(s) as we will be needing this from you for our insurance carrier. Exchanges for damaged items will be for the exact same item/color only.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us via the contact us page and we will instruct you on how to facilitate a return.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments and any inquiries regarding the location of your package will need to be made with USPS or DHL directly using the trackng number you received via email.

Our Products

Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products, computer monitors vary, so we cannot guarantee that your monitors depiction of any color will be completely accurate. There are several photos of each shade taken by other customers on the bottom of the individual product pages.
If an item happens to be out of stock, feel free to sign up for Fairy Girl notifications via the email sign-up form on the Home page or at the bottom of the Site. You will receive an if the items become available again.
Although our products contain many natural antioxidants, they do not contain preservatives so the recommended fresh life is 6 months.

We do not carry sample sizes/do not mail out samples. If you have allergy questions or concerns, the ingredients are listed on the site for your review.
